Hello lovely mnetters!

I am posting very excitedly after just having my first ever POSITIVE TEST result!! Currently drinking lots of water in order to need the loo so I can take another test to confirm!!

Have rung DH at work who is trying to calm me down until test two is done!!

Anyway, even if I am pg, clearly won't tell anyone in rl for ages, so just wanted to shout into thin air.... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

PS no real need to reply, I realise this isn't very interesting to anyone but me, just wanted to make my first post on the Pregnancy topic!!!!!

Congratulations Do you know how pregnant you are?

(Just as a word of caution - drinking masses of water will dilute everything down and it is possible to reduce the hormone levels in your wee such that you get a -ve result even though you're still pregnant, especially in the very early days. Can be very unsettling so just wanted you to be aware - but fingers crossed you get another nice big fat pregnant)

Second pregnancy test says.... Pregnant!!

Tangle 2-3 weeks pg according to clearblue, but if I'm right about when I ovulated, about 16 days.

Is it ok to go delirious for a day before calming down and remembering it is still very very early days?!

It's DEFINITELY okay! I think I floated through the whole day after my test result came back positive! CONGRATULATIONS!

That is lovely news for Christmas.

When DH and I found out it was a Friday night and we celebrated with OJ for me and wine for him. The next day we went out and bought all the baby magazines and just spent all day grinning at each other.
