Antenatal classes, start of third trimester at the earliest.

The yoga classes I went to were open to ladies from 14 weeks.

The aqua classes I have seen are generally from about the same, 12-14 weeks.

I started my nhs ante natal classes last week 33 weeks. Met a lady there who had paid for the nct classes and went to one, didnt like so has come to the nhs ones and seemed to enjoy.

Good luck whichever you chose but make sure you get on the list early enough if you choose nhs ones.

I was 33 weeks. My midwife gave me the info on how to sign up at about 28/30 weeks.

Very odd system, I had to text my details and they text me back with when my classes would be! (and they used text talk aswell, "u r signed up 4...")

If you want to go to NCT I recommend that you book it now as they can get booked up quite far ahead.

Whilst my NHS ones aren't bad, the NCT ones went into far more depth; I can't recommend them enough if you get a good teacher. They were very balanced too. It covered all options, natural childbirth and assisted, breastfeeding and bottlefeeding. No bias. No pressure on anyone to do one thing or another.
