Pregnant again immediately mc, no symptoms

I found out I was pregnant for the first time on 20/10/09. I went on to have a mc sometime between 31/10/09- 10/11/09... Well we started to try again (after getting a negative test). I got a positive result on 9/12/09 without having another period since the mc. I was a little surprised as I am not feeling pregnant. With my first pregnancy I was feeling really ill and crampy.

If I didn't know any better I wouldn't think I was pregnant. Has anyone else experienced these lack of symptons when their first (and v recent) pregnancy had loads of symptoms. There is a bit of me that thinks that this might be a good sign as obviously the first pregnancy wasn't good... But then there is another part of me that wonders what is going on.

I'm going to the doctor on Tuesday. I guess I'll need to go for a scan post Christmas to see what is going on... I really don't know when I conceived.

Any similiar stories would be welcomed

I have felt quite symptom free during various stages of pregancy which I agree is quite nervy when you have mc'd. I hope this one's a stayer. I would behave as if you were pregnant with all the folic acid (and the not drinking over Christmas!) and so on. If you hadn't had the negative test you might think it was just a hormone hangover I suppose. Good luck.

i didn't know i was pregnant until i decided to take a test after a run of feeling nauseous for 2 weeks or so. The dating scan a week later showed i was 15 weeeks pregnant. Now that was a surprise as i hadn't had a period for 1.5 years - following previous pregnancy and bfing child

I have had 3 mcs and one baby. With at least two of the mc I knew I was pregnant before I took the test as I was having sore boobs and feeling sick about a week after conception. These symptons then cleared up at about 6 weeks or so.

However when I was pregnant with my son I took a test because my period was a week late rather than having symptons. Feeling sick and sore boobs started later.

Peanutpie- thanks for you story, it is really encouraging.

With the first pregnancy I thought it was good (in a way) to be feeling so sick, but this time it just made me scared that I'm not feeling that way. When I started to have the first mc, I lost all the pregnancy symptons really quickly
