Pregnancy yoga Beckenham/Crystal Palace

Hi. My sister is pregnant and wants to go to a yoga class in our area. We have found a couple of classes (Katy in Beckenham/Penge on a Wednesday night and Zoe in Bromley on a Tuesday night) but she can't make either of these classes due to NCT and hypnobirthing!

Does anyone know of any other classes in the area? She has Fridays off work so could go to a day time class, can also do Saturday and any evening except Weds and Thurs.

Classes take place at Beckenham Spa on Saturday mornings at 11.00am

Pregnancy class also 10:45am at St James' Church Hall, St James' Ave, Beckenham.

I'm taking a class in East Dulwich at the therapy centre on a wednesday morning as you can take time off work to do this ( oh yes!). There are a variety of times.

I live in Crystal Palace and have been practising yoga for a while and am very fussy about teachers and classes..so I have tested a few. Brockwell Lido also have good times and two classes on a Sunday. The space is lovely.
