I feel for you. I also feel sick almost all the time. I must say, this is a lot better than my first pregnancy when I had hyperemesis but it is still pretty miserable.
Ginger makes me puke too! And so does eating a biscuit before getting up (or at least it doesn't stop me puking and makes it much more unpleasant).
I am taking high doses of vitamin B6 and I do think it helps. It's a normal remedy in the US but hardly heard of here. I did get my GP to check it out but you can find info by googling it.
Other things that people have told me have worked for them are sucking polos/ fruit sweets or those wildly expensive preggy pop sweets.
I drink fizzy drinks which helps as my nausea is often caused by too much air, don't ask me why. The drinks help me burp and get rid of it - sorry if TMI!
I also find I feel worse if I have a nap so have put a stop to that.
I also have some foods that make me feel dreadful, such as chocolate so you might try cutting out things you've eaten when you feel really dreadful.
There are lots more but not htat I could swear too. I'm not sure that anything completely works, at least it certainly doesn't for me. Hope something there might help a bit.
