Hi, prob being a bit paranoid here but som advice would be wonderful as i do tend to over worry a bit (first timer!!).

I'm 31+3 was just sat down with dh when all of a sudden jumped up to stop bloody cat trashing ornaments on side!! I had the most awful pain low down on my bump, and wasn't able to get up for a few minutes. It did stop and the baby had a very good wriggle around just after this, and it's not hurting now. Was it just that i got up too quick and pulled a muscle?? The only reason i'm a bit worried is that my placenta is at the front, but surely it would take more than this to do any damage wouldn't it??

Sounds like youve pulled something , ive done this a few times ,fell over dog , fell off river bank ,tripped over chickens ,well you cant see anything directly below your bump can you ! I would say aslong as baby continues to move as normal ,you get no more pains or discharge that arnt the norm for you i wouldnt worry
