Hi need some advise on weather I'm beeing a silly twit or not.

I've got these pains in my right sholder that come and go also pain in my chest (hurts to breath in) that comes and go's too.

I heard that it can be a sign of egtopic pg.

I had some cramps (mild period type pain) a few days ago but not today. I saumed that they were 'implantation pains'.

Dont want to make a tit out of myself by calling dr if all this is 'normal' pg stuff. I've had no bleeding at all.

Get on the phone to NHS direct/NHS 24 - or your EPAU

ditto.

you need to be seen ASAP, bloods taken and checked. Get emergency appointment withGP or walk in centre and ask specifically for a referral to the early pregnancy unit.
