How can 2 pregnancies be so different.
I have no nausea/sickness, just a bit queasy every now and again.
No sore boobs today either.
full of a cold, sore throat and feel like death. Need hard drugs (lemsip etc etc)

I have no bump, and just squidgy fat where a bump should be, so begining to think that there is nothing in there, its all a mistake.

I am 9 weeks today.(supposedly)

I know that you have all told me that no 2 pregnacies were the same for you, but i am freaking out about it.

dont worry about ur tummy if your only 9 weeks, im on my first and i didnt get a bump at all until just before my 20 weeks scan and even then you could hardly tell. i know you can sometimes start to show earlier when u have already had a baby but you shouldnt worry! as for the cold, im exactly the same and its crap. hope ur feeling better soon x

ohnelly · 02/12/2009 10:33

Oh dont worry - I was the same. When I went for my 12week scan I didnt think there was anything going to be there until I saw it with my own eyes, and it took a few weeks after that to sink in too! And I didnt show really until at least 4 months if not a bit later!
Maybe you are having a different sex this time? Supposed to be more sickness with girls?
Im having my second boy and have had sickness this time (that still hasnt gone) and im now 23 weeks. Had nothing at all with the first. Try not to worry

I was the size of a bouncy castle by 16 weeks last time!

I am just questioning if there is anything in there?
Got a scan next week, so that should put my mind at rest.
jlo, hope your cold goes soon, its miserable isnt it. x
