4th pregnancy not like the others?

I am 5 and a bit weeks pregnant with my fourth baby. With my previous pregnancies I have always bled at around I week after I did a test. This time I haven't bled. It's crazy, I should be so happy I haven't bled, but I'm worried something's not right. Also I have no sickness yet, and I can't for the life of me remember if I felt sick this early on with the other pregnancies, so that too is doing my head in. I was very sick with the others but don't remember when it started. Should I be feeling sick yet? I do feel pretty exhausted and have lost my appetite a bit. I have a scan next tuesday but it feels so far away, just want to hear a heartbeat and know everythings ok.

I'm 20 weeks into my 4th pregnancy, and it amazes me how different they are. I had no sickness at all with two of them, killer heartburn from very early with two of them, hair falling out with one, and so it goes on...

I wouldn't worry yourself unduly - it might be a pregnancy with a different feel. Or a symptom free one! I've had one of those. If it hadn't been for the dating scan I wouldn't have believed I was pregnant at all in the early stages.

This is my fourth (coming up to 18 weeks) and it's been different from the other three - I've felt sick, am FAR more exhausted, have terrible skin and am feeling far less movement than I did with the middle two.

As fly by night said, try not to worry - each pg is different - as is each child I guess!

Good luck for next week.
