Crazy groin cramps - anyone else?

I'm 37+5 and for weeks have had the odd twinge in the tendon that joins your groin to your leg, if you know the one I mean. It's suddenly got much more frequent but only lasts a few seconds. It doesn't worry me at all but is painful and makes me wince big time - so I'm worried about driving! Any suggestions?

Possibly Spd? Look it up on here there are a few threads. Things like keeping your knees together when moving in bed/getting up help. Sit down when you put your shoes on & sleep with a pillow between your knees. Try to avoid standing on one leg if can be helped

I had this at about the same time - it is just the extra weight putting stress on the muscles at the top of your leg/groin. you end up not being able to walk very far because it will sudenly hurt. It goes as soon as the baby is born. Good luck.
