Does anyone have any suggestions of how to boost your immune system while pregnant?
Thanks in advance!

There was an item on Countryfile (BBC) a few weeks ago suggesting that eating elderberries can combat the flu naturally.

They didn't talk about it specifically for pregnancy though.

Getting enough sleep at night helps control your levels of cortisol which is a hormone that suppresses your immune system,

Vit C, plenty of water and healthy diet with exercise can help too.

A decent probiotic is good for the immune system as well as the gut.

Not one of those sugar filled little drinks though. You need a pill or powder. I take Solgar probiotics, about £15 for 60 IIRC, their multi vits are good too.
