Vitamin B12- are high doses safe in pregnancy?

Hi, I've just had a BFP and have been taking vit B12 in liquid form for a few weeks and would like to continue if poss as I have been on anti-d's and am stopping them and am hoping the B12 will help with my brain instead (I have been a veggie for 26 years so have not got it from meat)! I have noticed a difference in my energy levels since taking it, apart from the early pregnancy fatigue I'm getting now.

The product I use (from H&B)has a burst of B12 equiv to 120,000 RDA. It also has 100% B6, 500% B5, 111% B3 and 106% B2.

I also take Fish Oil (with Vit E only added), chewable Probiotics and MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) for a knee problem I've had for a few years.

Can anybody tell me if this is safe? AFAIK all of them are safe but I am a tiny bit concerned about the high level of B12?
