did it affect you for very long?

I had it yesterday and my arm is agony, and I spent most of last night shivering and sweating as though I had flu and today I'm aching all over. Just wondering how long I can expect to feel like this?!

I just had a sore arm for a couple of days, no other side effects thankfully. My SIL also had it and only had a sore arm. It was a pain when I was trying to sleep though, bump only likes me to sleep on my left side and it was too sore so I had to sleep on my back for two nights which was really uncomfortable!

I had mine at 24 weeks, and other than a little soreness in my arm, I haven't had any adverse reactions.

Just to update, vax was Saturday, am still slightly sore but much better, DS turned up a new tooth this morning which explains his mega-strop and feel pretty damn good. So all round, not so bad.

Would certainly recommend that people don't have it in their dominant arm. I'd probably have chosen to have it in my leg if I'd have known (more space to dissipate the bruising so it heals quicker).

I had a sore stiff arm for three days (bad case of claw arm), and mild fluey symptoms which lasted for about 6 hours. Fluey symptoms started about 20 hours after jab.

Hope you're feeling better now PM.

I had the jab Saturday morning. I noticed loads more kicking from the baby than usual for the rest of the day - I'm 27 weeks and usually only feel movment in the evening. Felt very tired that afternoon - but that's probably normal. Arm started to feel slightly sore but didn't prevent me from sleeping on it. Felt quite nauseous when I tried to sleep on the right arm. Would definitely recommend that you have the jab in the arm you don't sleep on. Tired again the next day and a bit sniffly. Tired again today and arm is really red and much more sore - doubt I'll be able to sleep on it tonight.

I had SF jab on Monday evening. First night was fine, arm slightly sore but didn't really keep me awake. But Tuesday morning woke up with the most horrendous headache and I still have a slight one this morning but no longer need paracetamol. 42 hours since jab now and my arm just feels heavy.

I had it 2 days ago. Arm has been a bit sore but really nothing bothersome. I can still sleep on that side. I have got a large red patch around the jab site but I checked this out with my GP this morning and she said it was a normal response to the jab. No flu symptoms at all.

Had my jab at 31 weeks. Had mild flu like symptoms for about 24 hours. Arm where jab went in hurt for 3 days and was v painful for the first night.
