For the first time in weeks possibly months! Hurrah! Am almost 30 weeks and 2 loo trips had become the norm. I still drank as usual but I think the full body massage I had (naughty me spent my health on pregnancy grant on a course of 6 to cheer me up) and the fact I have finally got used to sleeping on my left with the dream genii pillow really helped. God I feel so much better for a proper nights sleep! Hurrah! Sorry for completely pointless post as obviously once bub is here won't be getting any sleep but am just so relieved to have had one good nights sleep!

So happy for you - sleeping through is just a memory for me, but I do (just about) remember how lovely it is to wake after a full night's sleep. I've phoned my friends to tell them before.

As a friend of mine always says, make as many deposits into 'the bank of sleep' as you can now: you'll be making plenty of withdrawals soon enough!

Good nights sleep makes such a difference to the day

God yes - congratulations!

I had a reasonable night until DS woke me at 5am to tell me he was awake and was going to play quietly in his room....
