OK, I admit the subject isn't quite accurate but heck, nipples are part of the breast aren't they and I was a little embarrassed to write it. What I want to know is has anyone ever had nipple soreness before realising you were pregnant? Everything else around my breasts is fine but my nipples have been sore for a bit though it is intermittent. When they are, my poor fiance can't even brush his hand against me without me going "Ow!" NHS Direct doesn't seem to address this at all and as said fiance and I bought the friendly Mumsnet guide, thought I'd ask here.
