Strep B and Quick labours

Evening

Im 30 wks with 3rd DC.
Im getting so anxious about the birth.
Firstly with my previous 2 they had strep b and DS2 was poorly in SCUBU.
Whats worrying is that the midwives didnt pick up on it until 10 hours later
I was unable to have antibiotics as both my labours have been under 4 hours which is why im getting worried.

Can anyone reassure me or give me any advice on what will happen.

can't really give you any technical advice but just to let yoy know that dd2 was born 5 weeks ago and i only found out on return home that i was strep b positve.

she was then swabbed and found also to be positive but as she was healthy, feeding well and a week old decision was not to treat. she has so far been fine.

possibly they will test baby at birth, knowing your history?
