Poshbugs - Advice

Hi Girls

I need some advice, I use another site and I am 29 weeks pg but I was thinking I need to expand my forum range for this but if you can help I would be very grateful even for some feedback. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with Poshbugs? I have recently tried to buy a footmuff and maternity bag and paid for them on the 28th September since then I have tried to contact her 4-5 times and I have had no reply, I have a read reciept on my e-mail so I can tell they are being read. I understand that there are postal delays so she might be having trouble getting material etc but I have just asked for a reply just to let me know I have even asked for the price of something else which again has not been answered :shrug: I am really worried £93 is a lot of money especially as I have many other things to buy. Has anyone else ordered anything from Poshbugs? Have you had any problems? Does anyone have a phone number that they can PM me this is very frustrating and worrying and I would love it is someone can help :cry::growlmad:

Anyone know how I can claim my money back if this goes no where, all advice appreciated.

Hi, yes I have bought several things from her, from what I can remember she is a mum of 4 so yes busy but no, no excuse for not replying. I'm not sure if it is her (her name is Heather) or the snunkie lady that some of the girls on the pram boards actually know her so could possibly have another contact for her??

She is on ebay and has her own website too I think now so you could try to contact her that way?? I posted something I sold first class recorded almost 2 weeks ago (just at the end of the postal strikes) and tracking number still says in transit.

I know my stuff did take a few weeks but she did email me to keep me updated and she always posted recorded/special. Fingers crossed for you.

did you pay by credit card? if so you may be able to get the money back from the credit card company. if you paid by debit card you have little recourse.

I have contacted Heather (Poshbugs) through another forum that we both use...her Outlook email isn't working, she can read emails but not reply.

Heather has asked me to pass on a message to you - please can you contact her through ebay as that uses a different email system, your stuff is ready to post but she doesn't have your address details.
