22 weeks and red blotchy rash on chest - anyone had/got this???

Hi there - not sure if anyone can tell me what this is... but I have just noticed that I have a rash - not spots as much as blotching - like sunburn or prickly heat or little red broken veins. It isn't itchy, but is warm to the touch. It is also only on one side above my breast and about 2-3 inches long and an inch wide.... have been a bit generally warm today..

Any advice would be great, feel it is a bit minor to mention to anyone!

I would definately go and get this checked. Rashes are tricky and need a doctor to have a look to rule out the more serious stuff. If nothing else just call GP and describe it.
