Maternity Clothes size 22/24

Any recommendations - preferably online as expanding waistline despite hyperemesis which means I really can't face shopping.

Hi, I'm the same size and also had hyperemesis, so can completely sympathize! Actually, online was practically the only place I could find anything that fit me. Most places only seemed to go up to 18-20, even catalogs. Simply Be has some maternity stuff in plus sizes online, can't recommend personally as I never ended up buying anything from them.

I bought a pair of maternity jeans on ebay from the U.S. (originally from there, if you couldn't tell by the name!). They are Old Navy size XXL and were fantastic. The other must have was a bump band. Isabella Oliver size 5/6 was fine for me. The band allowed me to continue wearing all my tshirts up to delivery. When it got really hot I got some ginormous shorts from Evans, but only wore a handful of times.

I would suggest checking ebay, and perhaps even looking on the U.S. ebay site as they seem to have more plus size maternity stuff there. Just make sure to check they will ship to the U.K. Good luck, and congratulations.
