I'm 19 weeks pregnant and last night baby must have been lying in a funny position as either side of my stomach ached slightly . Is fine now i'm up and have felt baby kick few times this morning.
Anyone else get this ? Any advice ?

Have you tried sleeping with a cushion/pillow under your bump? It'll support the weight and should make you more comfy. I counted last night... I'm currently sleeping with 16 cushions in the bed You're also at about prime time for round ligament pain - when the uterus is really stretching up, so supporting your bump would help with that.

I'm about 23 weeks and huge. I'm using one of those bean-filled pregnancy support pillows that looks like a giant sausage - can't remember their name sorry but you can get them at john lewis. Strangely putting it under the bump doesn't help so much, but if I lie alongside it with one leg on top of it, it lifts the bump up and is much more comfortable.

I always feel loads better in the morning than late at night - I think carrying the bump around all day pulls on the ligaments so by bedtime it's achy and hard to get to sleep.
