Hospital Bag

What do i need in my hospital bag, for me and my baby. And any other things that would be a good idea to take with me?

I found taking breath freshening spray and femfresh wash usful for after delivery.

When are you putting your bags together? Im 30 weeks and really cant remember when I did it with dd!

Lots of maternity pads

That was what shocked me most about the whole birth experience - not the pain, or the elation, or the bf... the amount of post-partum bleeding!
