39 weeks stitch like pain

39 weeks tomorrow, and have been having stronger braxton hicks all afternoon (had them since 20 weeks but they are more painful now). They are lasting longer and feel like I've had them most of the day today. Also have quite a bit of dull backache.
When stomach tight I can feel a sharp pain like a stitch on right hand side. Lasts as long as the contraction. Am speculating it's knee or foot causing pain as things tighten around it but it's annoying!
Have had so many false labour signs in past few weeks can't really believe this will come to anything! Any wisdom to share? Last labour was very quick so keen to know if I should be worried!

Im just soooooo excited and can't wait to be in your shoes in 6 weeks time!!

Someone else has posted the same type of pain at 39 weeks. It's a thread called 'what is this pain'.
Ooh I hope it's not you, I didn't notice her name!
