London Midwifery Practice - any experience?

I have just joined mumsnet

This is my first pregnancy and I'm finding the whole process a bit scary...

Thinking about scraping together funds for a private midwife so someone experienced can stay with us throughout pregnancy and labour.

Anyone got any experience of London Midwifery Practice as I've spoken to them and they seem really nice?
