Pain under boob-is this heart burn??

Hi All, I keep getting a pain under my right boob sort of under my ribs. Is this heart burn? It's been coming and going all day and is actually quite painful at times!!

I get this (tho usually under left boob!!) and put it down to baby jabbing me with some body part or another!
I think sometimes s/he just sits awkwardly and I suffer the consequences!
Could be different for you of course.
I get heartburn in my throat, feels like i'm gargling acid (which i guess i am in a way!), it burns and sometimes makes me retch.
