Chesty cough & cold

Anone have any natural remedies for a sore chest? i can live with the runny nose but the sore chest and cough is really hurting. Even had to get up in the night and have a paracetemol to see if it would ease the pain.

Have you tried manuka honey? It is available in most health food stores and has several antibaterial and antiviral qualities that are great for soothing the side effects of colds....
