Anyone else get heartburn in their ears?

I'm 17 weeks+ with DC4 at present. Just like in my first pregnancy, but not the middle two, I have pretty bad heartburn much of the time and I can often feel it tingling in my ear tubes. This makes sense as it is all connected in the throat, but I wondered, does anyone else have this?

Heartburn is a stomach problem - its nothing to do with your ears.

I've had horrific heartburn with this pregnancy, and have had a cough for months as a result of it. The doctor says it's related to all the acid, so I guess it could effect your ears too.

Thank God it's not just me, belgianbun! And Heaven forbid our stomachs should be connected to the rest of our bodies.

oh my god I have this too! Thought I was a freak of nature my mum looked at me like I was a nutter when I said " I have heartburn in my head!"
