I am 29 weeks pregnant and for the last 6 or so weeks i have had horrible yellow crust over one of my nipples, and it wont come off - Just wondering if this is something i should be concerned about or if anyone knows what it could be/ I thought maybe milk but it is quite bright yellow and stuck on x

Do you mean it doesnt wash off / peel off?

Colostrum - the first milk that you produce - is yellow / orange / gold colour. Your body starts to produce it around 5 / 6 months and might leak very slightly (or for some women more) which leads to your nipples getting a bit crusty (lovely) sometimes.

If it wont come off I would mention it to midwife and might be some kind of infection?
