..Leaky nipples at 23 weeks? surely this isn't supposed to start until much later on, its bloody inconvenient!

Yep, completely normal. I had them from 18 weeks! Mine happened mostly at night, I'd wake up with crusty nipples and wet patches on the bed. Joy.

Mine started a couple of weeks ago. I've been wearing a bra at night so get lovely stains by the morning! Joy indeed!
