Ledragomma Birthing Ball - Can anyone help, I've lost the instructions! How much to inflate??

If anyone has the instructions for a Ledragomma 65cm Birthing ball, please can you let me know how much I am supposed to blow it up to?..... I've lost the instructions

If it's a 65cm ball then mark a height of 65cm on a wall / door and blow it up until it's that tall. I haven't got that particular one, but that's basically all the instructions really said on the 2 I have owned.

And I think they usually tell you to do this, leave it for a few hours / overnight before sitting on it, then check height again and inflate / deflate as necessary?

Not sure much can really go wrong if you just have a go!
