Massive pressure in my bum and vigina, but only 23 weeks pregnant

what's going on? Pelvic floor is rubbish too!

i;ve had pressure in my lady bits for quite awhile, more so at the end of the day or when i pee. Ive been to the doc 3 times now as at first i thought it was a UTI. She said as the weight of the baby/pregnancy increases, some women feel the pressure more. She also said varicose veins in that area was common, so if you've been on your feet all day it can be worse at the end of the day.

Thank-you Bella I was starting to think I had a prolaps or something!
