Craving celery

anyone craved celery in pregnancy? I have a boy and a girl already, but this is a new one for me...boy or girl...?!

Ugggh. I'm craving bacon like no one's business at 13 weeks. Haven't heard that cravings are linked to the baby's sex, however.

In the first few weeks I craved garlic bread and chocolate together but lately ive been getting more turn offs than cravings

How can you tell what sex the baby is by cravings

That's what I'm wondering, first. After snarfing down another bacon roll. Mmmm. Bacon!

Last time mine was a boy and I craved more savoury than sweet, this time it's a girl and I'm craving anything and everything sweet... An old wive's tale somewhere says sweet for a girl and savoury for a boy... but I don't really believe in all that nonsense!

All I want to eat is salty. And that in turn makes me thirsty. But I didn't have any cravings at all with DD. Mmm, I could murder a BBQ'd steak and garlic bread, tho. Or a supreme pizza. Or a chicken caesar salad.

totally off bacon in my last pg, couldnt stand the sight or smell of it. Also went off marmite last time.

This time.... im craving icecream, cant eat coleslaw but the two things i do have in common with pg's is POTATOES! Any shape or form, i want them!

Coleslaw yummy! I want frankfurters with saurkraut. And Mexican food, especially guacomole. And crips covered in vinegar.

Ice cream? Yuk! I want food!

Odd, I never had ANY cravings w/DD except for Oasis Summer Fruits juice.

I've been craving roast beef baguettes for a while but have made do with cheesy wotsits, grapefruits (eating at least 2 grapefruits a day as well as satsumas in abundance)!
Am off chocolate full stop which is very strange. Pickled onions, piccalili, grapefruits ... yum!

Yeah, i passed the pineapple phase and am stuck on grapefruit, in the beginning it was kiwi fruit, something i never usually eat, then melon, then pineapple (would buy a tin if i couldnt get fresh on way to/from work) and now lovely grapefruits!!!!!
Wonder what fruits mean then?

Could fruits = pain free labour

personally for me an extented craving of fruit has always lead to a dd ds was potatoes and vinegar, hazelnuts and lemons........ dd1 and dd2 were fruit and salad-y things all the way. this time round i am also eating fruit but not sure if thats still a 'cant keep much down due to m/s' thing or if it will last and be another dd!

Bami, my friend said the same you know. She had lots of fruit throughout her PG and now has DD. I have always thought that it will be a girl, even before getting PG iyswim, but a little boy would be nice too...

Haven't read this ...........but I had a huge celery, thing going on when I was PG, with Hoummous
