Incredibly sudden and sharp pain in groin at 9 weeks

Just had 2 agonising stabs of pain to the left of my groin. I was sitting on a stool, crossing my legs. The pain made me cry out.

Could this be ligament pain? So early on??
Also I had SPD with previous 2 pgs, wondering if this could return so early?

I've been getting this on and off from about the same time. Sometimes I've cried out because it caught me by surprise. I'm 14 weeks and still getting the twinges. Couldn't tell you if this is to do with SPD as this is my first.

I've had same since very early on, occasionally. (Mainly when I get up from sitting cross legged on the bed)still getting it now at 19wks. It's like a stitch like pain that goes in a couple of seconds when I straighten out. Have been to hospital over it (and a couple of other worries) and was told it was round ligament pain.
