Really bad more sickness the day after red blood- surely it's a good sign?

Have another thread going but could do with a bit of reassurance.
Small amount or red blood yesterday- 3 wipes and it was gone. Tiny amount of dark discharge today. Mega sickness this morning, is that a good sign?

Sounds like a good sign to me. I have mced twice at aroudnd 6 weeks and both times was just a sudden cramping and heavy period, all symptoms disappeared.

I had similar red blood early on but am 16 weeks now and all is fine. Sickness is a good thing- a sign of a strong pregnancy.

I had bright red blood at 7 weeks with dd, so much that it stained the shorts I was wearing (I was on holiday at the time). I felt so dog rough though, the entire week that we were there.

Dd is now 2.5yo.

Thanks for your positive stories. It's just v hard waiting until Monday for a scan ...and wondering!
