I am 9 weeks pregnant and have been feeling very nauseous for the past couple of weeks. I've been sick a few times as well. I was sick once yesterday, about 5pm, and it was just bile. I was really surprised. From 1 o'clock yesterday I ate half a sandwich (had the other half about 11.30), an orange, an apple and 2 fingers of twix. Surely I should have had some food left in my stomach?
I've had a search on the internet this morning and some people recommend eating beans and lentils to help with morning sickness. Apparently they help to absorb the excess bile. Has anyone heard of this and tried it?
