Does anyone have any good tips for coping with indigestion? I'm only 7+2, and feel sick when hungry (and most of the rest of the time), but as soon as I eat it feels like the food is stuck in my gullet for a couple of hours. It's horrible, it really is, and it's putting me off food even more than I already was! Does anything help? Why is it happening? I hd chronic heartburn with DS but this feels different.
