Hi all,

Got a mild case of spd BUT worse of all are the lower stomach pains when i turn at night- bump seems sooo much lower second time around!

I have a support belt from the back clinic at the hossie which is great when walking but a right pain as you can't sit down in it!

Can anyone recomned some knickers or something that will support my tummy and take a bit if the pressure off of my pubic bone??

I'm 32 weeks btw.....and gonna be HUUUUUGE!

thanks

leah, i had this and used to use the fembrace (stiff support belt thingy) at night for the extra support - i didn't know how much i used to turn over in my sleep until the pain woke me up. i used bellybras during the day. i also had an ice pack which i used to apply back and front before going to sleep. i also went to a physio for ultrasound treatment every week.

hth.
