Hi everybody, i have posted this question in conception section too and just wondered how many of u pregnant ladies experienced the same thing as me. I normally have a 26-27 day cycle, was due on thursday and now tomorrow is saturday so day 30. I have been feeling nauseas and my nipples are really sore. I took a first response test today and it was negative but never late for me period. what are the chances of me still being pregnant? has anyone taken a test afyer missing a period, it being negative and then positive a few days later. please advise, thanks in advance. x

Yes, me! I have found first response pretty unreliable for me - with my first DC I took a first response on day I was due to test and it came up negative, did not get my BFP for another 4 days.

First response was not positive this time till I was 4/5 days over too.

Maybe you have ov later in your cycle than you thought?

thanks so much your reply!well, feeling really sick today but dont know if its my mind playing tricks on me. still no period so now 2 days late. am fighting the urge to take the 2nd first response test as had some brown discharge yesterday and today and wondered if this could be implantation bleeding? heard that hcg levels are low until that happens, will keep ya posted. x
