Is it too early for ligament pain?

Hello ladies

Please help me, I am worrying.

I got my bfp on Wednesday after my 21 day progesterone test came back showing I was pregnant! So obviously VERY early, my period isn't actually due until Tuesday. I started to get some pregnancy symptoms on Monday; waves of nausea, dizziness on getting up quickly, my skin has been terrible and crying at the drop of a hat which have all been carrying on nicely this week.

However I have a cough and when I cough I have to curl up to stop the pulling pain. I'm now also getting some cramps in my lower right abdomen and occasional sharp pains on either side.

Is this normal stretching or am I going to have an early miscarriage?

Sorry for the waffle. Hope someone can help.

Hi

I got stretching pains within the first week, mainly on one side, so I was worried for a bit that it was an ectopic pregnancy, but thankfully not
I think cramps right from the beginning is fairly normal. It's good that you have other symptoms, as that means your hormones are doing the business
I wonder if you've pulled a stomach muscle from coughing, which is why you have to curl up when coughing?

Good luck anyway, and Congratulations

thank you!

You might be right re the pulled muscle, it's an annoying cough that's been hanging about for 10 days. I need to speak to the gp to get on the mw list next week so I can talk to her if I'm still in a panic.

Thank you again and good luck with your pregnancy
