Blocked nose please help..............

HI , I am 38weeks 4 days pregnant and have really bad blocked nose.I cant breath properly and always try to breath from my mouth.Please can anyone tell me weather there is any nasal drop or spray which is safe during pregnancy.

I used a small amount of Sinex during my last pregnancy to no ill effect (on my dd that is) on the advice on my obstetrician. Look online and you will see the research on its use during pregnancy is reassuring.

You could try nasal irrigation, either with a neti pot or with a saline spray you can buy from boots - really helps (I had a savage sinus problem and it really fixed me, esp the neti pot)
