Hi

Am 26wks and want to build up my immunity ready for the dreaded winter months.
I give my DS Actimel and just wondered about it for myself or has anyone got any other suggestions?

Thanks

It's perfectly fine for you to take and there's evidence to suggest it is helpful in preventing thrush too (which can be the bane of many a pregnant woman's life) as the 'good bacteria' migrate from the bowel to the fanjo. I assume the bacteria is all male and that's the reason behind it...

Anyway, it's a pasturised product so happily down the stuff knowing it will certainly do you no harm even if it doesn't actually do you any good
