Panicking!

Yes! My dd just had it too and I am 16 weeks. If you look at NHS choices

www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Hand-foot-and-mouth-disease/Pages/Introduction.aspx

and www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/1111.aspx?CategoryID=54&SubCategoryID=137

you should feel much reassured. Risk is very, very small to adults generally. I didn't get it and my mother doesn't remember me having it as a child, and she's pretty good at these things, so obviously I am immune. Poor DD has been miserable with it though.

Although Roary has given you the answer, just wanted to reassure you that you will be fine

DS1 had it when I was about 15/16 weeks pregnant too - took him to the docs and the doc reassured me that I would be ok - and I was.
