Workplace - advice please

My reporting lines in the workplace are generally two people. One of them is the bursar and deals with all the finance. We have not been seeing eye-to-eye recently and have had little contact with each other, I have since been dealing with my other 'boss'. I've contacted the other employer on several occassions (we generally liaise via email) regarding my last payslip/maternity forms etc.. but have had no reply whatsoever! Feel like i'm being ignored and now having to pester top manangement for some support. Any suggestions as to what i should do??
Thought i'd post here before doing anything else, sometimes feel i'm just a bag of hormones!

Hi Chacha,

If you're failing on the e-mail side then whay not approach face to face? People always hide behind e-mails, so unless he/she is going to crawl under the desk when you walk in, then they'll be forced to give you some sort of response.

I don't think you're being a pest. They just need to realise that you're just trying to stay organised and keep on top of things.
