12 weeks on average.
Depends how slim you are when you can feel it though.

I felt it at 14w. But it didn't really move out of my pelvis until 18w when it moved out in one day and I suddenly had a bump.

Hi iam 10 weeks pregnant with dc3, and I do agree on your frame being a factor as I am a size 8 and started to feel mine at 9 weeks! Coinciding with a neat little bump!

Not sure about the frame thing. Currently pg with DC3 and have a bump at 9 weeks. I'm not exactly a skinny minny but am noticeably pg.

Mine seems to have popped out of nowhere at 12 weeks. I'm normally a size 8 (though not sure now as I feel compelled to eat everything in sight!)and this is my first baby. It's more noticable first thing in the morning before you get up, when you're lying on your back - I was really surpised to feel such a hard lump.

Oh I meant to add also sometimes pops up earlier with subsequent pregnancies! X

I suppose it also depends whether you mean actual top of uterus aka fundus or general bump - bump is much more dependent on shape/size/height/weight etc. Actual uterus/fetus size is very consistently equal between 12-14 weeks which is why dating scans are ideally done in that time. Size of fetus at that time says nothing about actual size/weigth of baby born 6 months later.

It comes out of the pelvis at approx 12 weeks and level with your belly button at 20 weeks.

As Pacific said, bump is different to fundus height.
