I am 10 weeks pregnant.

I had two fillings around the day of conception.

In the last 5 weeks or so, I have had tooth ache (and ear ache, but I think its tooth related) around the fillings.

I have not called my dentist yet, as I remember a few years ago I had very sensitive teeth after a filling and it simply disappeared.

I cant take pain killers so any tips to make it go away. Its a lot worse in the evenings, which is another reason why I haven't called dentist as its bearable during the times I could call

It won't go away. Suggest you go back to the dentist.

You can take paracetamol. I'd second the suggestion of visiting the dentist - it could just be something really simple.
