Has anyone managed to get pregnant when they were ill?

I have had a bug the last few days - nothing major, sore throat, achey, little bit of a temperature (taking panadol). I'm hoping if I keep my temperature low then our Sunday night antics will be successful (pretty sure I ovulated then), but am I wasting my time in hoping?

I did, I thought it might have even been swine flu it was so bad, and I had a temperature and feverish sweats, but I only had one night off conception duty and was successful!
