Pregnant with stomach upset and stiff neck - should i see a doc?

For the last 24 hours i have suffered diarrhoea and had a stiff neck (not sure if they're related symptoms). I am 5 weeks pregnant and so a bit worried about listeria or other poss infections but have no fever at all so wondering if it's just a tummy bug. Any ideas? I don't want to bother the doc if it is just a tummy bug. Thanks

Call the surgery and ask.

Probably best not to go to the docters if you have diarrhoea, and best not to drive if have stiff neck.
