Is is possible to get a BFP 1 week after conception?

Hi everyone, I've had an early scan today due to some bleeding and I should be 9 wks + 3 going on the dates of my last period, however scan showed tiny little bean at 5 mm and only 6 wks! Could this be possible, I tested +ve 5 weeks ago! They could see a heartbeat but the yolk sac was still there? Anyone else had anything similar?

Some preg tests give a reselt up to 6 days before a period so I guess you could get a BFP 8 days after conception. If your scan says 6 weeks, I would allow a bit of leeway either way at this very early stage. Best of luck! xx

I saw my DD at 5 + 6

could be possible, as that meant I had tested when I was 9 days after conception.
