Sex?

Ok whilst mentioning to a friend (who has several children) that I have 'gone off' sex and we normally have a very active sex life she informed me that I was carrying a boy.
This is because she was the same when she was expecting her sons but when she was carrying her daughters she couldnt get enough.

I just wondered if anyone else had experienced similar?

nope. went off it both times almost straightaway. girl last time. boy this time.

Nope. Far more interested with ds1, less so with dd (though still more interetsted than when not pg), even less so with ds2. So my theory is that pg makes you more interested, but exhaustion counteracts that!

when i was pregnant with my first, i was like a rampant rabbit, i just couldn't get enough of it. But this time round i'm too tired. and i'm only 9weeks. maybe it will improve once i've got past the intial 12 weeks,

nope. With dd sex drive stayed the same - with this one (dd2) poor dp hasn't had any in months

nope, pregnant at the moment, with a girl and watching paint dry would be more interesting than sex at this point.

I went off sex when i was pregnant and i had a boy!

From about week 14 to week 32 I can't get enough. Outside of those times, don't even look at me funny!

Was a boy last time, dunno this time but is following same pattern.

Hmm maybe... now that you've said it. So perhaps I'm carrying a boy this time.

Nonsense, My Sex Is On Fire, and I'm 33 weeks with a boy, same as last pregnancy. Nothing to do with gender of baby.

I must be the only one here, but actually DH doesnt want it, not me. For the first 4/5 months, fine, but now I'm 29 weeks, the bump is bigger and baby is kicking, no way, he doesn't touch me and it seems like he feels it's a dirty thing or something (he was very keen before though!...).
I'm not particularly into it at the moment, but would make an effort. He doesnt seem to share the same opinion!

Think I have same problem. He sees me a precious thing and get lots of cuddles and kisses and grabbing of bum but nothing else .

Also, been having some spotting lately (all is fine) but does kinda put you off. Can't wait to feel close to him again though.
