strange pregnancy symptom no.297: underarm pain

I feel like a collection of minor niggles just now!
For a few days have had sore armpit. Not red, or inflammed, just aching and sore. Took said armpit to GP this morning, who said, 'I don't know what can be the trouble' but confirmed glands not swollen, no sign of infection.
Anyone else had this? It's driving me crazy. General achiness, with occasional sharp pains if I rub against clothes etc.
Am 33 weeks...

I get this but I'm only 13 weeks. I think it is hormonal as I also get it when I about to get my period.

I get this too round af time & had it last week before I got my bfp.

your breast tissue extends under your arms so just as boobs get bigger in early pregnancy it can affect the tissue under the arms too and it gets tender.
