31 weeks and really sick - what to do?

Hi, wasn't sure whether to post on here or health, but hoping for an answer. Am 31 weeks today and woke up this morning with D&V. Have been sick about 4 times and still have diarrhoea. Haven't been able to hold any food or drink down and now feeling really light headed, but the thought of eating anything repulses me.
I'm a bit worried about baby as it hasn't been moving much, and obviously I haven't been eating anything. Is there anything I can do/take to make sure everything will be OK?
Any quick answers greatly appreciated!
Thanks

I would probably give my MW a call if it were me. I would think you would be fine but try to drink some fluids as soon as you can so you don't get too dehydrated.

My friend had the norovirus in her 3rd trimester with no problems other than a miserable couple of days

Hope you're feeling better soon, it's rubbish when you're ill and pregnant

Thanks - have phoned unit at hospital and they're not too worried as long as I can keep fluids down. Baby hasn't been moving though so have just had ice cold drink and hope it will wake him up.

Hope you're feeling better and that lazy baby has woken up
